Started a bit late today due to the previous nights activitys.
Cycled across to woburn from where I had camped overnight at the windsufing lake.
Had a great ride bit out of control at times due to the sand on some of the trails, like riding on a beach at times but with brambles and stinging nettles on both sides!
We had a lunch stop at stockgrove country park and done some trails on that side of the A5.
A great ride today with some new trails that I hadn't ridden before
